The Kite is conceived as a landmark buiding, 47 storeys and 200 m tall, reducing carbon footprint and heat island effect by cutting the need for air conditioning and make maximum use of daylight. 

An office building bringing in a new holistic approach: public space is integrated in the garden level lobby and the rooftop sky café and restaurant. Fresh air and natural light flood each floor deep down to its central lobby, by deconstructing the conventional skyscraper lift core and carving two continuous axial voids across the entire building mass.   

A kite shaped, inclined roof with integrated PV and the horizontal sunscreens on the façade – deeper at the top of the building – follow the intensity of sunlight to support the energy autonomy of the building.
