PAT. and Buonomo Veglia srl are the winners of the competition to design this new complex for TEA spa, a public company managing water, energy and environmental serices for the city of Mantua.

In their winning scheme the new buildings are a series of three “hills” gently landscaped and inserted in a park. They will host offices, chemical laboratories, services and parking.
